无法忍受的反讽

翻《Programming Ruby》时，无意中发现的注解：

SOAP以前代表Simple Object Access Protocol（简单对象访问协议）。当人们无法忍受这种反讽，这种字母缩写的解释被丢弃了，而SOAP就只是个名字了。

哈哈，看来都对SOAP恨得牙痒啊。REST越来越火了，看SOAP能撑到什么时候。
